About Matt

I am the Lead Pastor of   Central Church, in Collierville, TN (Greater Memphis area) .

This is my personal blog. It is focused on my thoughts and my passion in regards to ministry.

My heart is to lead people (all generations) into a passionate relationship with Jesus Christ: for the unbeliever, to help bring them to the point of salvation and for the believer, to assist in developing an incredible love for Him. My strengths are teaching and leadership. God has used me, despite my weaknesses to grow the ministries instructed to my care. He has also taught me the importance of prayer and the power of the Holy Spirit. My desire is to lead through the inspiration of His Spirit and to follow where He leads me to go

I’ll write on applying these topics and the principles found in God’s Word to our daily lives. I’ll discuss leadership, ministry, and sometimes, things that just are on my mind or in my heart at that given time.

My goal is to inspire you in your faith journey and to walk and serve alongside.
